All photographs and creative works displayed on destefanophotoarchive.com are the original works of DeStefano Photo Archive unless otherwise noted. All photographs are protected by applicable copyright laws.

Copyright

DeStefano Photo Archive retains all copyright and intellectual-property rights to its photographs.

Purchasing a physical print does not transfer copyright ownership or reproduction rights. The purchase of a print grants the purchaser ownership of that physical artwork for personal display and enjoyment.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, photographs may not be:

  • Copied, scanned, or reproduced

  • Digitally distributed or uploaded for commercial use

  • Used in advertising or marketing materials

  • Used to create merchandise or other products

  • Resold, sublicensed, or commercially exploited

  • Modified or incorporated into other works for commercial purposes

Commercial Licensing

Photographs may be licensed for commercial, editorial, hospitality, interior design, and other professional uses.

Licensing may be available for:

  • Hotels and hospitality properties

  • Apartment and residential developments

  • Restaurants, cafes, and other businesses

  • Interior designers and architects

  • Offices and commercial spaces

  • Publications and editorial projects

  • Advertising and marketing campaigns

  • Websites and digital media

  • Other commercial applications

Each licensing agreement is tailored to the intended use of the photograph. Depending on the project, licensing terms may specify the permitted location, duration, number of reproductions, geographic area, digital usage, and whether the license is exclusive or non-exclusive.

Licensing a photograph does not transfer copyright ownership. All rights not expressly granted through a written licensing agreement remain with DeStefano Photo Archive.

Digital Files

Digital files may be made available for certain purchases or licensing arrangements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchasing or receiving a digital file does not grant unrestricted reproduction or commercial-use rights. Digital files may not be re-distributed, re-sold, sub-licensed, or used for purposes beyond the rights specifically granted.

Limited Edition Prints

Certain photographs may be offered as limited editions. When identified as a limited edition, the stated edition size represents the maximum number of prints that will be produced within that edition.

Once a limited edition has sold out, no additional prints will be produced within that edition.

Photographs not identified as limited editions may be offered as open editions.

Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of photographs belonging to DeStefano Photo Archive is prohibited.
